Mechanical engineering assignments span theory, calculation and design — often in the same problem set. Assignment Byte's engineers work through thermodynamics, dynamics and materials problems with full, checkable working.
From a heat-transfer calculation to a CAD design report, we deliver solutions that show the method clearly and match the standard your course expects.
Every assignment ships with a similarity report and an AI-writing indicator read, so you can see exactly what a marker would see before you submit — not after.
Assignment Byte is an independent academic support service, not Turnitin, iThenticate or any university's own integrity office, and we do not control how a receiving institution reads either report. Read more on how similarity checks work, what an AI-writing indicator actually measures, and your institution's academic integrity policy before you submit anything.
Thermodynamics and fluids questions are marked on setting up the problem correctly. Define the system or control volume explicitly, state whether it is open or closed, steady or transient, and list the assumptions — adiabatic, reversible, incompressible, negligible kinetic and potential energy terms. Most lost marks trace back to an undefined boundary rather than to arithmetic.
Property data must come from the right source and state. Reading steam table values from the wrong region, or using ideal gas relations where the fluid is clearly not ideal, produces answers that are internally consistent and entirely wrong.
Carry units through every substitution and check the result against physical intuition. A turbine work output larger than the enthalpy drop that produced it should stop the calculation rather than reach the submission.
A free-body diagram is a marked deliverable, not a sketch to help you think. Every external force and moment shown, reaction components at supports consistent with the support type, a stated sign convention and a coordinate system. Pin, roller and fixed supports permit different reactions, and confusing them is a first-principles error.
For stress and deflection problems, state the failure criterion you are applying — maximum shear, von Mises, fatigue endurance — because different criteria give different margins, and the module usually specifies which.
Material properties should be quoted with a source. Using a generic steel modulus when the brief names a specific alloy is the sort of shortcut that undermines an otherwise sound analysis.
Where a brief includes CAD or FEA, the model is assessed as an artefact. Sensible feature trees, parametric dimensions, correct material assignment and a mesh justified by a convergence check are all markable. A single-density mesh with no convergence study is treated as an unvalidated result.
Simulation results need a sanity check against hand calculation or a known case. Quote both and discuss the discrepancy rather than presenting a colourful contour plot as the answer.
We deliver the calculations, model files and report together, matched to your module's standards and template.
Yes — we produce SolidWorks or AutoCAD models and drawings alongside the design report.
Every problem is solved step by step so you can follow and reproduce the method.
Yes — share your course materials and we'll follow the exact method taught.
Yes — every solution is verified before delivery and comes with a Turnitin report where written work is involved.
